When will my order ship?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details sent to the email you provided at checkout.
Why hasn't my tracking updated?
A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been marked as ready to ship, but will not show updates until the carrier has scanned in the package. During busy seasons, carriers may skip the initial scan when the order has been picked up, so that tracking can take up to 48 hours to update from the time you receive the notice that your order has shipped. The tracking may appear stuck showing wording such as “waiting for package” but that likely means the carrier skipped the first scan and it should update with tracking information once it is scanned at the next destination.
If you see your package moving in the wrong direction, returning to sender, or an update on a damaged label we ask that you contact us and our customer service team will look into the matter and find a solution.
The tracking shows that my order was delivered, but I don't see it. Where is it?
If your order is marked as delivered, but is missing or you suspect your package was stolen you are still covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Before reaching out to our customer service team, we kindly ask that you check the following:
- Is it possible that your order was picked up by someone in your household, or mistakenly delivered to a neighbor? Could the order have been left in an office or with a doorman?
- It is not uncommon for a carrier to mark a package as delivered one day and not deliver until the next. This usually happens when a driver misses a deadline and can’t finish the day’s deliveries. We wish this wasn’t the case, but sometimes waiting 24 hours on a "delivered" package is the best thing to do.
- Check your Order History to confirm your delivery address is accurate and deliverable to.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Do you accept returns?
Because each of our products is made to order and often customized just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us! If there’s an issue with your order—whether it arrived damaged, contains an error, or isn’t quite what you expected—please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always happy to help make things right.
Will my entire order ship together?
Your order will ship as soon as the items are ready. Multi-item orders may ship separately.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping? Absolutely! Just spend $35 or more and it’s on us.
