Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed after 3:30 pm EST on a business day will be processed the following business day.
  • Depending on order size, orders will ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority mail, or USPS Ground Advantage.

International Shipping:

  • We currently only ship to the United States.

Tracking Your Order: 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Damaged Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at kerry@hellolovegoods.com to initiate a replacement.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, and that all relevant info needed for delivery is provided at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
